Breathing 101

You can achieve better breathing by
💠 using your nose 
Nasal breathing ↴
  • Slows down the breath
  • Provides temperature, humidity control, and air purification
  • Improves quality & quantity of sleep
  • Adds nitric oxide to the breath—more on this here.
💠 and your diaphragm 
Diaphragmatic breathing ↴  
  • Slows down the breath
  • Has a calming effect
  • Increases breathing efficiency
  • Improves posture
