Do you remember your dreams?

When you wake up in the morning, do you remember any of the dreams you had? I almost never did—up until a couple of weeks ago.

An effect of doing regular breathing exercises for me has been having vivid dreams. I can tell from my experience that my sleep quality has improved significantly.
