Functional breathing

The other day I was talking to my daughter about how breathing can help with certain health problems. She asked if breathing is the cure to everything. The answer is simple: No.

Breathing cannot cure any health issue that requires medical attention. It's not a magic wand that will change things instantly.

However dysfunctional breathing can lead to poor well-being and present itself as restless sleep, fatigue, impaired memory, poor concentration, breathlessness after exertion, heart palpitations, frequent sighing, cold hands and feet, muscle pain, cramping, twitching, dismal stress management, anxiety, problems with digestion, bad posture…

While changing your breathing pattern won’t cure a health problem, it will give your body the necessary support. Think of breathing this way: you want to do something you repeat all day, every day the proper way!

And this is the reason why I want to help you achieve proper breathing. Let's schedule a no-strings-attached call to talk about your breathing. Click 👉 Breathe With Me
